Ingredients

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 2 medium ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and diced
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, stemmed and minced
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

Seasonings

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
