Made with fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a hint of honey, these popsicles blend naturally sweet flavors with smooth textures for a guilt-free dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 1 cup strawberries, washed, dried, and hulls removed

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond milk)

Sweeteners & Flavors

  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you used plain Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, milk, honey, and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender. Puree the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, ensuring all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds or alternatively into four to six paper or plastic cups. Leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  3. Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into the center of each mold or cup, ensuring they stand upright to create easy-to-hold popsicles once frozen.
  4. Freeze: Transfer the molds or cups to the freezer and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely firm and solid.

Notes

  • You can use either regular or almond milk depending on your preference or dietary needs.
  • The vanilla extract is optional and recommended if using plain Greek yogurt to enhance sweetness and flavor.
  • For creamier popsicles, make sure the mixture is fully smooth before freezing.
  • To release the popsicles easily, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing.
  • Store leftover popsicles in an airtight container or cover with plastic wrap in the freezer to avoid freezer burn.
