Ingredients

For the Mocktail Base

  • 1 cup blood orange juice (plus 2 slices for garnish)
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • ice

To Top and Garnish

  • 1 cup club soda (or sparkling mineral water)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. Mix the Drink: In a medium bowl or cocktail shaker, combine the blood orange juice, ginger powder, turmeric, and honey if using. Whisk thoroughly or cover and shake well to blend all ingredients evenly. If using a shaker, add ½ cup of ice to chill the mixture and give it a refreshing coolness.
  2. To Serve: Fill each glass with ice and pour ½ cup of the blood orange juice mixture into it. Top gently with ½ cup of club soda or sparkling mineral water to add effervescence. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves, rosemary sprigs, and a slice of blood orange for aroma and visual appeal.
