  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the cubed watermelon, chopped cucumber, cubed feta cheese, and chopped fresh mint leaves into a large serving bowl.
  2. Add Lime and Seasoning: Zest and juice the fresh lime over the salad, then sprinkle sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Gently Toss: Very gently toss all the ingredients together to combine without breaking up the feta or bruising the watermelon.
