This Oreo Cream Pie is a deliciously creamy, no-bake dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo cookie crust filled with a smooth cream cheese and whipped topping mixture studded with chopped Oreos. Perfect for any occasion, it offers a rich chocolate and cream flavor that’s easy to prepare and sure to impress.

Ingredients

Oreo Crust

  • 25 Oreo cookies (including wafers and fillings)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Oreo Pie Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Crush the 25 Oreo cookies either in a food processor or by placing them in a Ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
  2. Form the Crust: Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Using the bottom of a glass cup helps to evenly compact the crust. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling to let it set.
  3. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Filling Ingredients: Fold the whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Then fold in the chopped Oreo cookies evenly throughout the filling.
  5. Assemble the Pie: Spoon the filling into the chilled Oreo crust, spreading and smoothing the top for an even finish.
  6. Chill the Pie: Refrigerate the assembled pie for at least one hour to allow it to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, use slightly more melted butter.
  • Choose full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest filling.
  • Use whipped topping of your choice; homemade whipped cream works well too.
  • Chilling time can be extended up to 4 hours or overnight for a more set texture.
  • Keep the pie refrigerated until serving to maintain texture and freshness.
