These No-Bake Easy Energy Bites are a quick, healthy, and delicious snack to satisfy your cravings and boost your energy. Made with oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and mini M&Ms, they require no baking and can be prepared in minutes for a perfect on-the-go treat.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Quick Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the quick oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and mini M&Ms. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated into a sticky dough.
  2. Form Bites: Using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture per bite, roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls using your hands. Place each energy bite onto a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper to keep them from sticking.
  3. Set and Store: Allow the energy bites to set for a few minutes at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to firm up. Store the finished bites in a Ziplock bag or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week to keep them fresh.

Notes

  • You can substitute mini chocolate chips for Mini M&Ms if preferred.
  • For a nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more oats to help with rolling.
  • Energy bites can be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw before eating.
