These No-Bake Easy Energy Bites are a quick and delicious snack packed with oats, peanut butter, and a touch of sweetness from honey and mini M&Ms. Perfect for a healthy energy boost without any cooking required.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Quick Oats – Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the quick oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and mini M&Ms until all ingredients are evenly incorporated to form a sticky dough.
  2. Shape Bites: Using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture per bite, roll the dough into small balls with your hands.
  3. Set and Store: Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or plate and allow them to set for a few minutes at room temperature. Once formed, store the bites in a Ziplock bag or airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.

Notes

  • Use quick oats for the best texture; old-fashioned oats can be used but may result in a chewier bite.
  • Store energy bites in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can customize by adding nuts, seeds, or dried fruit instead of mini M&Ms for a healthier option.
  • For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
