1 cup cold water
⅓ cup white sugar
3 tsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp instant coffee

Instructions
Prepare Jelly: In a large jug, combine instant coffee, gelatin powder, sugar, and boiling water. Whisk until sugar dissolves and gelatin is fully mixed.
