A refreshing and indulgent Iced Latte Caramel made with chilled espresso, whole milk, and rich salted caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce for the perfect sweet and creamy coffee treat.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup espresso, chilled
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons salted caramel syrup (Torani brand recommended)
  • Squirt whipped topping
  • Caramel dessert sauce (Ghirardelli brand recommended)

Instructions

  1. Add Ice and Espresso: Place 1 cup of ice cubes into a 16-ounce glass and pour in the ½ cup of chilled espresso over the ice to keep the drink cold and flavorful.
  2. Prepare Milk Mixture: In a lidded jar or a 16-ounce pint mason jar, combine ¾ cup whole milk with 3 tablespoons of salted caramel syrup. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds until the milk mixture becomes frothy and well blended.
  3. Combine Drink: Pour the frothy milk and caramel syrup mixture into the glass containing the iced espresso, allowing the layers to meld together into a creamy caramel latte.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Add a generous squirt of whipped topping on the surface, then drizzle caramel dessert sauce over the whipped cream to finish and enhance the drink’s sweetness and presentation. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use chilled espresso to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and diluting the drink.
  • Adjust the amount of caramel syrup to your desired sweetness level.
  • For a richer flavor, whole milk is recommended, but you can substitute with any milk alternative.
  • Shake the milk and caramel syrup mixture well to achieve a creamy froth.
  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and omit whipped topping or use a vegan alternative.
