These Easy 5-Ingredient Peach Popsicles are a refreshing, naturally sweet frozen treat perfect for hot days. Made with fresh ripe peaches, citrus juices, vanilla, and a touch of honey, they require minimal preparation and only a few ingredients. Simply blend the ingredients until smooth, fill your popsicle molds, and freeze. This simple recipe is perfect for families and healthy snacking.

Ingredients

Fruit Base

  • 4 large, ripe peaches (approx. 3 1/2 cups chopped)

Flavor Enhancers

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: Remove the pits from the peaches and chop the fruit into large chunks. This makes them easier to puree and ensures a smooth texture.
  2. Blend the ingredients: Add the chopped peaches, lemon juice, orange juice, vanilla extract, and honey to a food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Fill popsicle molds: Pour the peach mixture evenly into your popsicle molds. If your molds allow, freeze them for 1 hour before adding sticks to help the sticks stay straight during the final freeze.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze solid: If you did not freeze for 1 hour, insert the popsicle sticks now. Freeze the popsicles until solid, about 5 hours depending on your freezer’s temperature.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • If you don’t have fresh peaches, frozen peaches can be used, but thaw slightly before blending.
  • To add texture, reserve some chopped peaches to stir into the puree before filling molds.
  • Make sure the peaches are ripe for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.
