This Crockpot Holiday Candy is a simple and delicious treat made in a slow cooker using almond bark, chocolate, peanut butter, and nuts. Perfect for holiday gifting or enjoying as a festive dessert, the candy sets beautifully in cupcake liners and can be customized with sprinkles for extra holiday cheer.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanuts (dry roasted or regular salted)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lb. vanilla almond bark
  • 1 lb. chocolate almond bark
  • 12 oz. dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Toss all ingredients except the sprinkles into your slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly mixed together.
  2. Cook the Candy: Set the slow cooker on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to help the ingredients melt and blend uniformly.
  3. Portion into Liners: Once the candy mixture is fully melted and combined, use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to place the mixture into individual cupcake liners in a muffin tin to maintain their shape.
  4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top as desired for festive decoration.
  5. Chill to Set: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the candy hardens and sets completely.
  6. Serve: Once set, remove the candies from the fridge and enjoy your festive homemade holiday treats!

Notes

  • Stove Top Instructions: Melt the almond bark and chocolate chips in a large pot on low heat, stirring often. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter, peanuts, and pecans. Spoon into muffin liners and let cool to set.
  • Storage: These candies will stay solid outside the fridge and can harden within about 3 hours if left at room temperature, so refrigeration is optional based on preference.
