Ingredients

Brownie Bites

  • 24 brownie bites

Frosting

  • 1 cup vanilla frosting
  • Orange food coloring
  • Yellow food coloring

Decoration

  • 24 pieces candy corn

Instructions

  1. Arrange Brownie Bites: Place the 24 brownie bites on a plate or a cookie sheet in a single layer, ready for frosting.
  2. Prepare Frostings: Divide the vanilla frosting evenly into 3 separate bowls. Color one bowl with orange food coloring, another with yellow food coloring, and leave the third one white. Transfer each colored frosting into piping bags fitted with 1M piping tips.
  3. Apply Frosting in Layers: Start by frosting each brownie bite with a layer of yellow frosting, followed by a layer of orange frosting, and finally a layer of white frosting, mimicking the classic candy corn colors.
  4. Add Candy Corn Topping: Top each frosted brownie bite with a single piece of candy corn placed gently on the peak of the frosting.
  5. Store Properly: Place the finished brownie bites in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve to keep the frosting firm and fresh.

Notes

  • You can use homemade brownie bites and vanilla frosting or store-bought versions for convenience.
  • Keep in mind that store-bought brownie bites packages vary in quantity, so the yield might change accordingly.
  • For best results, pipe the frosting slowly to create neat candy corn layers.
  • Keep refrigerated if not served immediately to maintain frosting texture.
