Ingredients

Beef Bites:

  • 1.5 pounds Beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

Baby Potatoes:

  • 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved for even cooking

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut and Prep: Gather all ingredients and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Sear Beef: Optional: Parboil the baby potatoes for a few minutes. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef until browned.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Combine melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Assemble Dish: In the slow cooker, add potatoes and beef. Pour the garlic butter sauce and beef broth over the top.
