Ingredients

  • 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz thawed Cool Whip
  • 8 cups 1% chocolate milk
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the condensed milk and Cool Whip until smooth.
  2. Add chocolate milk and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  3. Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover.
  4. Freeze for about 3 hours, stirring every hour to ensure the texture stays smooth.
  5. Scoop into glasses or cups and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a boozy version, add an ounce of bourbon, whiskey, or vodka.
  • If you don’t have Cool Whip, whip 1 cup heavy cream to medium-firm peaks and use it as a substitute.
  • Try using chocolate almond milk or plain milk for different variations.
  • For a strawberry Frosty, use strawberry milk or add strawberry syrup.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the freezer.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping from the freezer.
