Transform your holiday leftovers into something extraordinary with these crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside turkey stuffing balls. Ideal for entertaining or a cozy post-holiday snack!

Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes:

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes

Stuffing:

  • 3 cups stuffing

Shredded Turkey:

  • 1½ cups shredded turkey

Additional:

  • Gravy for serving
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Butter/oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Warm potatoes slightly if needed. Moisten stuffing with broth if dry.
  2. Mix & Form: Combine potatoes and stuffing in a large bowl. Fold in shredded turkey. Season with pepper if needed. Form into 12 golf ball-sized portions.
  3. For Baked Version: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place on lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until hot and crispy.
  4. For Pan-Fried Version: Roll balls in panko breadcrumbs. Heat butter/oil in a nonstick pan. Fry until golden, turning gently.
  5. Serve: Top with hot gravy. Add cranberry sauce if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Keep mixture chilled if not cooking immediately
  • Add extra broth or butter if mixture is dry
  • Can be frozen before cooking
