These Taco Burgers are a delicious fusion of classic American burgers with zesty Mexican flavors. Juicy taco-seasoned beef patties topped with all your favorite taco toppings, sandwiched between toasted buns, make for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

For the Burger Patties:

  • 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Burger Patties: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and taco seasoning. Form into four patties.
