Ingredients

For the Casserole:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can low sodium beef broth
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Beef and Vegetables: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
