Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken and sear in olive oil until golden, 4–5 minutes per side.
Place chicken in baking dish. Spread ranch-Parmesan mixture over each breast.
Combine topping ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Bake 15–20 minutes until fully cooked and topping is bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
