Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1/4 Cup Warm Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Egg and Oil: Incorporate the egg and oil into the mixture, stirring well.
  3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Rest the Dough: Rub a little oil over the dough, cover, and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  5. Shape the Buns: Take the dough, cut it into pieces, and shape as desired.
  6. Rest Again: Cover the buns and let them rest for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Fry the Buns: Heat oil over medium heat, then fry the buns until golden brown.
  8. Serve: Serve the fried buns warm and enjoy!
