Snickerdoodle Puppy Chow, also known as Snickerdoodle Muddy Buddies, is a delightful cinnamon Chex mix coated in white chocolate and powdered sugar. This quick and easy-to-make treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Chex Mix:

  • 6 cups Chex cereal (or 4 cups Chex and 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch)

White Chocolate Coating:

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 3 tsp cinnamon, divided

Powdered Sugar Coating:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour Cereal: Place Chex cereal in a medium bowl.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 25-second increments at 50% power, stirring well. Add 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon to the melted chocolate.
  3. Coat Cereal: Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Add Sugar Coating: In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine powdered sugar and the remaining cinnamon. Transfer the coated cereal into the bag and toss until well coated.
  5. Serve: Transfer the mix back to a bowl, allow to cool for 15 minutes, and then enjoy!
