S’mores crescent rolls combine buttery crescent rolls with melted chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs for a delicious treat that has all the flavors of classic s’mores.

Ingredients

Crescent Rolls:

  • 1 8-count package crescent roll dough

Fillings:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  3. Add Fillings: Sprinkle 1 cup of the chocolate chips and all of the mini marshmallows over each triangle and lightly press them into place.
  4. Roll and Bake: Roll up the crescent rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  5. Prepare Chocolate Drizzle: Melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the warm crescent rolls. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

  • The marshmallows inside your s’mores crescent rolls will melt quickly, so it’s a good idea to keep them away from the edges to prevent the melted marshmallows from leaking out and making a mess.
  • You can use semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate chips for this recipe. Chopped chocolate bars work too.
  • Store leftover s’mores roll-ups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Warm in the microwave before serving.
