Indulge in the ultimate campfire treat with these Ooey Gooey Campfire Cookies, known as ‘Smookies.’ A delightful combination of chocolate chip cookie dough, graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate bars, and marshmallows baked to gooey perfection.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough Rounds:

  • 30 ounces refrigerated Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie dough

Graham Cracker Halves:

  • 8 sheets graham crackers, broken in half to make 16 Graham Cracker halves

Hershey’s Chocolate Bars:

  • 8 bars Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, cut in half (1.55 oz each)

Marshmallows:

  • 16 marshmallows, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Pan: Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Slice Cookie Dough: Slice the cookie dough into 1/2 inch thick rounds, making about 16 rounds.
  4. Prepare Marshmallows: Cut the marshmallows in halves.
  5. Assemble: Place graham cracker halves on the baking sheet, top each with a half Hershey’s Chocolate Bar and 2 marshmallow halves.
  6. Top with Cookie: Place a cookie round over each s’more.
  7. Bake: Bake for 16-19 minutes until done.
  8. Cool and Repeat: Cool the first batch and bake the remaining ingredients.

Notes
