These Salted Honey Butter Parker House Rolls are the perfect addition to any holiday dinner, including Thanksgiving. Soft, fluffy rolls brushed with a sweet and salty honey butter topping, these will be a hit at your table.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more if needed
  • 1 packet Fleischmann’s® Rapid Rise Yeast
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup warm whole milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Honey Butter:

  • 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Dough: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm milk, honey, egg, and butter. Mix until the flour is fully incorporated. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Honey Butter: Combine melted butter and honey in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Roll out dough, brush with honey butter, cut into strips, roll into coils, and place in the baking dish.
  5. Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes, then bake for 18-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush with remaining honey butter, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can make the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate them overnight for easy baking the next day.
  • These rolls are best served warm for a soft, fluffy texture.
