Tender chicken skewers basted in a flavorful homemade ranch garlic parmesan sauce, cooked to perfection in an air fryer, oven, or on the grill. Versatile and delicious, perfect for appetizers or as a main dish served with rice and veggies.

Ingredients

Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Chicken Seasonings:

  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak skewers in water. Season chicken, skewer tightly.
  2. Make Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, spices, and parmesan. Whisk until combined.
  3. Cook The Chicken: Air fry skewers, basting with sauce, until cooked through.

Notes

  • Oven Preparation: Preheat to 450°F, bake skewers for 14 mins, broil 2 mins. Baste with butter and parmesan.
  • Grill Preparation: Grill skewers over direct heat, basting with butter, for 5-6 mins per side. Finish with butter and parmesan.
