Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skinless

Seasonings:

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup dried apricots, halved
  • 1 cup slivered almonds or walnuts

Instructions
