Pie Crust:

Cream Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 bars (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1½ cups finely chopped pecans, divided

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pie Crust: Preheat the oven and bake the pie crust according to the package or recipe instructions. Let it cool completely on a rack.
  2. Prepare Whipped Cream: In a bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Make Cream Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup until creamy.
  4. Combine Fillings: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add 1 cup of chopped pecans.
  5. Assemble the Pie: Spread the filling into the pie crust and top with remaining pecans.
