Ingredients

For the Fudge:

  • 3¼ cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon water (for the 8x8 pan)
  • red and green M&M’s (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Heat, then stir in vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar.
  3. Chill: Spread fudge mixture in the dish, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Cut and Garnish: Score the fudge, lift it out, slice into pieces, and top with M&M’s if desired.
