Ingredients

For the Oat Mixture:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
