This easy and refreshing Ninja Creami Dole Whip recipe uses just three simple ingredients to create a creamy, tropical pineapple dessert. Made with fresh or canned pineapple, coconut milk, and a touch of sweetener, this dairy-free treat is perfect for a healthy snack or dessert with a smooth sorbet-like texture. Using the Ninja Creami machine ensures a perfectly creamy texture every time without any added preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Ingredients

Primary Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh or Canned Pineapple Chunks (20 oz), drained (tidbits, crushed, or sliced work well too)
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk (full-fat or water blend)
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup (optional; alternatives: honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, monk fruit, or regular sugar)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and optional sweetener. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring the mixture does not exceed the max fill line for proper processing.
  2. Freeze the Mixture: Place the pint container into the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours to allow the mixture to solidify completely, which is essential for the Ninja Creami process.
  3. Process in Ninja Creami: After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it into place. Select the “Sorbet” setting and let the machine process the mixture until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency.
  4. Serve the Dole Whip: Scoop the finished Dole Whip into bowls. You can top it with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of extra sweetener if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing homemade treat.

Notes

  • Make sure to freeze the mixture for a full 24 hours to achieve the desired creamy texture.
  • You can substitute the sweetener to suit your taste or dietary needs.
  • If you don’t have a Ninja Creami, this recipe won’t work as intended since the machine is necessary for its unique texture.
  • Use fresh pineapple for a brighter flavor or canned pineapple for convenience.
  • This recipe is dairy-free and vegan when using coconut milk and a plant-based sweetener.
