A fun and creamy no-churn ice cream with a fizzy citrus twist from Mountain Dew. Perfect for summer, it requires no ice cream maker and uses simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Mountain Dew
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp green gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters for best results.
  2. Pour the heavy cream into the bowl and whip to soft peaks.
  3. In another bowl, blend the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and food coloring if using.
  4. Gently fold in the Mountain Dew, stirring softly to preserve its fizz.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.
