½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Extras
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
