  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Mousse:

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) Edward and Son’s Heavy Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

For Raspberry Jam Topping:

  • 10 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  5. Prepare Raspberry Jam Topping: Cook raspberries, water, chia seeds, and cinnamon until thickened. Let cool.
  6. Add Raspberry Jam: Spoon the jam onto the set mousse cups.
  7. Optional Drizzle: Drizzle melted unsweetened chocolate over the cups.
  8. Set and Serve: Freeze briefly to set the jam topping. Serve chilled and enjoy!
