Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a delightful dish featuring tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a golden, crispy crust of panko breadcrumbs and rich Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Coating:

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Others:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken: Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare coatings: In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Coat chicken: Coat each chicken breast by dipping first in the breadcrumb mixture, then in the cheese-garlic mix, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Bake: Place coated chicken in the prepared baking dish without overcrowding. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
