Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple in juice (20 oz, undrained)
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Oil

Topping:

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (15 oz, undrained)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz, thawed)

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple with juice. Combine until well blended.
  2. Pour into greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. In a saucepan, boil second can of pineapple and sugar for 2 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Stir in pudding mix, then fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate until set.
