Celebrate Independence Day with our no-bake Star Spangled Cheesecake Dip! It’s creamy, easy, and delicious for the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Dip:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Serving:

  • Fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies

Instructions

  1. Add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients together until fully incorporated and smooth.
  2. Spread mixture in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
  3. Spoon the strawberry pie filling on 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh strawberries, leaving the middle 1/3 uncovered.
  4. Spoon the blueberry pie filling on the opposite 1/3 of the cheesecake filling and top with fresh blueberries. (This will give it that “red, white, and blue” look.)
  5. Serve with your favorite fruits, crackers, and cookies.
