A refreshing and vibrant Honey Lime Fruit Salad featuring fresh grapes, strawberries, and blueberries tossed in a zesty honey-lime dressing. Quick to prepare and perfect as a healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 2 cups green grapes (halved if large)
  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries

Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoons honey (use agave for vegan)
  • Zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine. Add the grapes, strawberries, and blueberries to a large mixing bowl, ensuring they are clean and prepped as indicated.
  2. Add Dressing. Drizzle the honey, lime juice, and lime zest over the fruit in the bowl.
  3. Stir Gently. Gently toss the fruit and dressing together to coat evenly without bruising the fruit. Taste and, if desired, adjust by adding more honey for sweetness or lime juice for extra tang.
  4. Serve & Store. Enjoy immediately for the best fresh flavor and texture. Alternatively, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days, noting that the fruit will soften over time.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute honey with agave syrup.
  • Best served fresh within 2 hours to maintain optimal texture.
  • Can be customized by adding other fruits such as kiwi, mango, or pineapple.
  • Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately to preserve freshness.
