Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, adds mild heat)
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
Prepare glaze: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Heat until bubbly and slightly thickened.
Coat salmon: Place salmon in the baking dish, skin side down. Brush with glaze.
