Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts:
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved
Seasoning:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 450°F. Trim ends of Brussels sprouts, discard any tough leaves, and halve them.
Toss and Roast: In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet cut side down. Roast for 20-25 minutes until charred.
Prepare Sauce: In the same bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar with honey.
