1 tablespoon sesame oil
9 oz ramen or rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
For the Chicken:
1 lb ground chicken
1 bunch green onions, white parts finely minced and green parts cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
For the Sauce:
3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
For Topping:
Sesame seeds
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet, add sesame oil, cook ground chicken and white parts of onion until no longer pink.
Add Flavors: Add garlic, ginger, and green parts of green onion; cook until fragrant.
Prepare the Sauce: Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Finish Dish: Toss sauce and noodles into chicken, cook until bubbly and coated in sauce.
