Grinch Fudge is a fast, easy, no-bake sweet treat perfect for the Christmas and holiday season. This festive fudge combines creamy white chocolate with a hint of green color and topped with red heart candy sprinkles.

Ingredients

For the Grinch Fudge:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, chilled and cubed
  • ¾ teaspoon clear vanilla extract
  • ¼½ teaspoon gel green food coloring
  • 25 extra-large red heart candy sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil, allowing overhang on the sides. Lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter on medium-low heat, stirring often for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor and Color: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and green food coloring until smooth and uniform.
  4. Spread Fudge: Quickly spread the fudge into the pan in an even layer.
  5. Add Candy Hearts: Place five rows of red heart candy sprinkles on the fudge, spaced about ½-¾ inches apart.
  6. Cool and Chill: Let the fudge cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
  7. Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge from the pan using the foil, slice into 25 pieces, and enjoy!
