  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes (about 2.5 cups)
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes (about 2.5 cups)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry grapes: Wash and dry the seedless grapes. Allow them to dry and set aside.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream: In a stand mixer or medium mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sour cream for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla: With the mixer on medium-high, add vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Toss grapes and dressing: In a large bowl, toss green and red grapes together. Pour cream cheese mixture over grapes and stir to coat.
