  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Mushroom Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Brown the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
