1 lb ground beef or mixed meats
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Mushroom Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
Brown the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
