Ingredients
For the Cheeseburger Filling:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
For the Bombs:
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
