Juicy sirloin steak cubes pan-seared to perfection in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. These garlic butter steak bites are a quick and delicious dish, perfect as an appetizer or main course.

Ingredients

Sirloin Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut into cubes, season with salt & pepper.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook steak in batches for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Return steak to the pan, toss in butter sauce.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve 4-6 as an appetizer, or 2-4 as a main course.
  • Avoid overcooking to prevent toughness.
