Ingredients for Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Ingredients for Creamy Alfredo:

  • 1 lb pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk, if needed to thin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter Steak Bites: In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak in a single layer and sear for 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: Melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Return the steak to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter.
  4. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta twists according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  5. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk if needed to adjust consistency.
  6. Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked pasta twists in the Alfredo sauce. Divide onto plates and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
