Beef Bites:
- 1.5 pounds Beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
Baby Potatoes:
- 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved for even cooking
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Cut and Prepare Ingredients: Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
