Ingredients

Beef Bites:

  • 1.5 pounds Beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

Baby Potatoes:

  • 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved for even cooking

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut and Prepare Ingredients: Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Sear Beef: Sear beef bites in olive oil until browned.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Place potatoes and beef in the slow cooker, pour garlic butter sauce over, add beef broth.
  5. Cook: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Parboiling potatoes is optional for a softer texture.
