2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet dry French onion soup mix
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ½ cups crispy fried onions (divided)
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, French onion soup mix, mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of crispy fried onions.
Season: Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.
