Ingredients

For the Casserole:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet dry French onion soup mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
