Ingredients

Spaghetti:

  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente

Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Onion and Garlic:

  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Broth and Cream:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Seasonings:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, cook onion until softened, then add garlic. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine and melt cheese: Add cooked spaghetti and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the top. Cover and let cheese melt.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
