Ingredients

Creamy Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Final Touch:

  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Corn Mixture: In a pan, heat butter, garlic, and jalapenos. Sauté briefly. Add corn, cook until slightly caramelized. Set aside to cool.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix mayo, sour cream, cilantro, Elote seasoning, and lemon juice with the corn mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
