These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and flavorful fillings encased in soft, golden dough and topped with garlic butter and Parmesan. Perfect for any occasion, from parties to family dinners.

Ingredients

Ground Beef Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: crispy bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions

Dough:

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 812 pieces and flattened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Prepare filling: Remove from heat and stir in cheese and optional fillings.
  4. Prepare dough: Flatten dough pieces into discs.
  5. Assemble: Spoon filling into the center of each disc. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Bake: Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over each dough ball. Sprinkle tops with grated Parmesan. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Pizza dough yields a chewier texture, while biscuit dough offers a flakier crust.
  • Experiment with add-ins like jalapeños, mushrooms, or different cheeses for variety.
  • These Cheeseburger Bombs are freezer-friendly: bake first, cool, then freeze and reheat as needed.
  • For allergy-friendly options, consider using gluten-free dough or dairy-free cheese.
